Yes. App ↔ cloud traffic uses TLS 1.2+. MetaTrader passwords are never stored or sent to ChartWise. Mobile and desktop pair with signed tokens. Optional Face ID / app lock is available in Settings. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

AI Coach uses your trade history, journal notes, and psychology tags to surface patterns and coaching prompts. You control what you write and share; chat and journal content are used to generate your responses, not sold as advertising data.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. That removes account, trade history, journal, and AI chat history (processed within 30 days). Or email privacy@thechartwise.com with the address on your account.
